In the event of an advisory, please be advised you are still required to be checked-in at the airport and have received your boarding pass no later than 1 hour prior to your revised departure time. We recommend checking in online from 24 hours and up to 45 minutes before your newly scheduled flight departure. Automated update on flight time status, please call 702-719-8111.

We recognize that any flight delay or cancellation is frustrating and causes difficulties for our customers. We do everything we can to make our customers as comfortable as possible during these delays. If needed, we can assist you in locating reasonable alternative accommodations at your expense.

If you booked a hotel or rental car as part of an Allegiant Vacation Package, we will contact the hotels and car rental locations to alert them of the change in your schedule and ensure your rooms and/or car are not cancelled and will be available upon your arrival. Customers making these arrangements on their own are strongly encouraged to communicate any changes directly with their hotels or car rental locations.

We recommend you check regularly for any updates to your flight departure times. We will make every attempt to get you to your destination as quickly as is safely possible.

Customer Accommodations

Due to the extenuating circumstances resulting from this significant delay, we have made the following exceptions to the Terms and Conditions of your reservation, allowing you to adjust your plans, if needed, with the least amount of negative impact, including waiving change and cancel fees for this reservation.

Conditions

  • If you elect NOT to take your delayed or rescheduled flight, and prefer one of the options listed below, you must contact Customer Care for assistance.

  • All changes must be made by 12:00am Pacific in order to receive this offer.

  • If you elect to cancel your trip, you will be issued a system credit. All travel using your system credits must be completed no later than one year from the date you BOOKED your original Itinerary.

Options for Customers Whose Outbound Flight is Affected...this is the beginning of your trip:

If you have an Air Only reservation, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Take the delayed or rescheduled flight. We cannot reschedule you on another airline, or
  2. Cancel your entire reservation. We will waive all cancel fees; funds paid will be left on your itinerary as a system credit, or you may request a refund in writing, or
  3. Change the dates of your reservation. We will waive all change fees and rebook you on our next available flight or to your desired new dates, at no additional charge for airfare, provided space is available.

If you have an Air+Hotel Vacation Package, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Take the delayed or rescheduled flight. We cannot reschedule you on another airline, or
  2. Cancel your entire reservation. We will waive cancel fees. Funds paid will be left on your itinerary as a system credit, or you may request a refund in writing, or
  3. Change the dates of your reservation. We will waive all change fees and rebook you on our next available flight or to your desired new dates, at no additional charge. You will be charged any additional cost to the room rate charged by the hotel based on new dates, if applicable. Changes are based on both flight and hotel availability.

Options for Customers Whose Return Flight is Affected...this is the end of your trip:

If you have an Air Only reservation, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Take the delayed or rescheduled flight. We cannot reschedule you on another airline, or
  2. Cancel the return flight segment of your reservation. We will waive all cancel fees. Funds paid for the unused portion of your airfare may be left on your itinerary as a system credit, or you may request a refund in writing, or
  3. Change the dates of your return flight and extend your stay. We will waive the change fees and rebook you on our next available flight or to your new dates, at no additional charge for airfare, provided space is available. Allegiant will not pay for additional hotel nights.

If you have an Air+Hotel Vacation Package, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Take the delayed or rescheduled flight. We cannot reschedule you on another airline, or
  2. Cancel the return flight segment of your reservation. We will waive all cancel fees. Funds paid for the unused portion of your airfare may be left on your itinerary as a system credit, or you may request a refund in writing, or
  3. Change the dates of your return flight segment and extend your stay. We will waive the change fees and rebook you on our next available flight or to your new dates as long as there is space available. We will not charge you any additional airfare. You must arrange for, and pay for, any additional hotel nights you may need with the hotel directly. Allegiant will not pay for these additional hotel nights.
