Meals, crafted by Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald, are prepared in a specially fabricated kitchen car located immediately adjacent to each dining area. As with all our menu choices, the meals are freshly prepared on the train using environmentally responsible ingredients, humanely raised, hormone free meats and fresh, line caught fish. Your meal includes the following options:
Choose either a Baby Lettuce Salad or the Soup du Jour. Choose an entrée of Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Coriander Mustard Encrusted Chicken, Salmon Hash Brown, or Squash Polenta. Your server will suggest wines to you based off your entrée choice. Freshly created desserts. A welcome glass of wine, coffee and tea are included with your meal. Prices include sales tax. Menus are seasonal and subject to change.
