Primarily Prime Rib's menu is full of four flavortul prime rib cuts. Other specialties include chicken Francaise and salmon Wellington. While waiting for your succulent dinner, why not sip a signature cocktail? Open daily at 5 p.m.

Baja Miguel’s Mexican, open daily for lunch and dinner, may make you feel like you’ve landed south of the border. Enjoy a frosty margarita and chips and salsa while deciding on a delicious lunch or dinner of tacos, tamales, enchiladas, chimichangas, fajitas, carne asadas, or chile relleno flautas. Like tequila? Baja Miguel’s has its own collection of spirits.

Coronado Café is open 24 hours and caters to every palace, including traditional American fare and Chinese cuisine.

The Garden Buffet, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serves a garden variety of food at six different cooking stations, including Asian, Mexican, Italian, barbecue, Chinese, and seafood dishes. Or customize your own creation at the Mongolian Grill.

Big Sur Oyster Bar is always a treat, with an open, airy kitchen. Watch with fascination as your chef prepares shrimp, clams, oysters, mussels, lobster, crab, and fresh fish. Pair your meal with a beer on tap or wine by the glass. Open daily at noon.
