Benihana, the classic Japanese dining establishment is a true culinary experience. Top-notch chefs serve up the best in Japanese fare, including fresh sushi, sashimi, tekka-maki, hibachi chicken and steak, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon. Open 5:30-10:30 p.m. daily.

Garden of the Dragon transports you to China and offers the best in Szechwan, Peking, Northern Mongolian, and Cantonese cuisine.  For dessert, why not try the restaurant’s signature plum wine ice cream? Reservations are recommended. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

Casa Nicola's cuisine is so tasty, you’ll feel like you’re feasting on an Italian mother’s home cooking. Choose from the best in homemade pastas, fresh seafood, and home-baked breads. Open 5:30-10:30 p.m. daily.

TJ’s Steakhouse uses only the finest USDA beef to create mouth-watering steaks with an open mesquite grill. If steak’s not your thing, try delicious organic herb chicken, herb-encrusted or steamed halibut, succulent salmon or sea bass, or Colorado lamb chops. Open 5:30-10:30 p.m. daily.

The Buffet is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is certain to please everyone in your group. It serves up everything from omelets to American meat-and-potato dishes to Chinese. Draft beers and California wines are available in the evenings.

Vince Neil’s Tres Rios Cantina is always a party, with two daily happy hours, half-priced appetizers, margaritas, Mexican beers, and tequila. 

Paradise Café, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offers tasty appetizers, hearty soups and sandwiches, colorful salads, and flamed steaks and burgers.
