Located inside Masa's famed sushi restaurant, barMASA, the exclusive venue features six VIP and two communal teppan grill tables with seating for 10 and five, respectively. Sage offers American cuisine with a Mediterranean kick, designed by acclaimed chef Shawn McClain. McClain emphasizes sustainable agriculture and farm-to-table freshness at this unique restaurant.
