Hollywood Prime is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday, and is a fine-dining venue serving top-notch steak and seafood. It also has an extensive dessert menu and features more than 400 wine listings.

Café is located In the lobby and is open daily for breakfast and lunch, choose a la carte or buffet options for breakfast and sandwiches and salads for lunch.

Splash Bar & Grille is where you can stay poolside and in your beachwear to enjoy burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, as well as healthy snacks, at this casual restaurant. Open for breakfast and dinner every day.

Barsu is a casual lounge where you can sample sushi and fruity cocktails. Open daily from 3 pm to 2 am.

Rivals Waterfront Sports Grille serves beer, wine, spirits, and light fare. Rivals is a classic American sports bar, with a separate billiards room. Open daily from late afternoon to bar close.

Links Restaurant Lounge overlooks the 18-hole golf course at the Diplomat’s Golf Resort & Spa;Westin guests can take a complimentary shuttle there every 30 minutes. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, highlights include a children’s menu, delicious desserts, and an extensive wine list.
