Nellie Cashman's Monday Club Cafe is named for The Angel of the Mining Camp and Arizona's oldest club for women. This restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It specializes in a Southwestern menu with locally grown foods.
Waltz & Weiser Saloon is decorated to resemble bars of the Wild West, with décor featuring dark-wooded floors, leather seating, low ceilings, and exposed rock. Microbrew beers, Single Malt Scotch, and Single Batch Bourbons are on offer, along with appetizers. The saloon features a billiard room and shuffleboard, too.
The Rim serves specialty cocktails, tequila, and wine, and offers views of Dreamweaver's Canyon and Pinnacle Peak. Live music is performed on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Coffee Flats And Snowbowls is open daily from early till late, and is the place to go for your caffeine fix, as well as for ice cream and pastries.
J. Swilling's Pool Bar & Grill is open daily for lunch, light fare, and drinks.
Eddie's Range House is a casual restaurant that serves classic burger-and-beer fare for lunch and dinner every day.
Deseo is the resort’s dinner restaurant, and it is elegance at its finest. With floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the mountains and golf course, the focus is on authentic Latin American cuisine. There is a daily happy hour, which is a good time to try Deseo’s Mojitos or Muddle Cocktail.
Brittlebush Bar & Grill is located at Kierland Golf Club with a view over the golf course, and serves contemporary American cuisine daily for lunch and dinner.

The resort's 8,000 square foot water park includes a zero-entry sandy beach, a 110-foot waterslide, and a 900-foot-long flowing riving ride. There is also an adult-only pool area, two hot tubs, and private poolside cabanas. If that's not enough, The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa also has its very own 27-hole golf course featuring the FORE-MAX Golf Training fitness program, a golf academy, and access to Segway golf transporters and air-conditioned golf courts. Guests seeking the ultimate in pampering should head to Agave, the Arizona Spa, for a wide variety of body treatments. A fitness center is also on site.
