Hole-In-The-Wall is located in an old 1940's ranch house. In addition to its indoor dining area, it also has a poolside bar and two patios. There is also a nightly bonfire. For breakfast, order items a la carte or try the breakfast buffet. Lunchtime favorites include a variety of salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees. Dinner favorites include such Western highlights as Baby Back Ribs, Mesquite-Broiled Steaks, Homemade Biscuits, and Cowboy Beans. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Slim Pickens serves up pub grub and your favorite beer, wine, and cocktails, is a poolside eatery that is open daily from late morning to early evening.

Rico's American Grill is located adjacent to Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak. Named after a now-defunct 1900s Mercury mine, the restaurant’s pays tribute to the community’s mining history with mining artifacts and decorum. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Rico’s specializes in traditional American fare with ingredients that are all locally sourced. Happy Hour, Reverse Happy Hour, Sports Specials (during weekend games), and a Sunday grab-n-go menu are offered.
