The Grill overlooks the 18th hole of the resort’s golf course, TPC Scottsdale. Specialties at The Grill include fresh seafood, microbrews, California wines, and martinis. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Stone Rose Lounge is a chic lounge serving signature cocktails. Open nightly.
Cabana Café is a poolside café that is open for lunch and dinner daily. It serves sandwiches, salads, burgers, and a variety of beverages.
Sonoran Splash Bar & Grill caters to the littlest of guests. This restaurant is next to the splash pool and offers child-friendly fare. Open for lunch and dinner, weather permitting.
Nourish is the spa’s restaurant and features heart-conscious menu choices and is open for all three meals every day.
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess occupies 450 acres and offers five swimming pools, a tri-level spa, a water park with two giant slides, five tennis courts, fine and casual dining options, and two championship golf courses at TPC Scottsdale.
Coming summer 2016, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess will unveil a new feature pool called Sunset Beach, which will be the largest of the six pools on property. As part of the expansion project which broke ground in June 2015, the new 7,000 square-foot pool will have a zero-depth entry with an expansive white sand beach on three sides, a swim up bar and splash pad water experience.
